About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and adaptable individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with medication administration and management
  • Support clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Engage in activities that promote social interaction and stimulation
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement personalized care plans

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care and support, preferably in a home care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
