This role is perfect for individuals seeking a dynamic and fulfilling career in the hospitality sector. You will be responsible for serving a variety of beverages, including beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails to our esteemed guests during events such as weddings and other special gatherings. Your commitment to high-quality service and friendly demeanor will ensure that every visit is memorable.
The position of Hospitality Bar Staff provides comprehensive training and opportunities for career advancement. We are looking for candidates with at least one year of experience in customer service who are eager to transition into a premium environment or those who wish to seize this unique chance to learn while earning.
You will be expected to work 35 hours per week across 5 days. Given the nature of our operations, availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts is essential, so adaptability is crucial.
Key Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old due to licensing regulations.
- Friendly, well-groomed, and approachable.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are vital for effective teamwork.
- Proficient in the English language, both written and spoken.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with cocktails, wines, and liqueurs is advantageous, though not mandatory as thorough training will be provided.
- A genuine enthusiasm for learning and a positive attitude are essential.
