Position: Delivery Assistant

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Starting at either 6:00 AM or 12:30 PM

Compensation: £11.44 PER HOUR

Key Responsibilities:

As a Delivery Assistant, your primary duties will include:

• Supporting the driver in unloading goods from the vehicle to customer locations
• Handling multiple deliveries
• Pre-calling customers to provide estimated arrival times
• Completing an average of 5-10 deliveries daily
• Performing any additional tasks as directed by management

Required Qualifications:

To qualify for the Delivery Assistant position, candidates should possess:

• Prior experience in a similar role, particularly with heavy item deliveries
• Physical fitness and capability to lift substantial weights
• Willingness to work extended shifts when necessary
• Completion of an initial online assessment

Preferred Qualifications:

• A clean driving license is advantageous but not mandatory.

Training Provided:

• Comprehensive manual handling training and a full assessment will be provided by the client.
