Our client, a prominent player in the logistics industry, is looking for Warehouse/Production Operatives to join their team. This role offers an initial contract with the potential for extension, providing a stable work environment.
Whether you are a recent graduate exploring your career options or an experienced operative wanting to be part of a collaborative team, this position is designed for you. Enjoy a supportive atmosphere that promotes teamwork and camaraderie both in and out of the workplace.
Important Note: Due to the location of the client, candidates must have their own transportation.
Position Type: Long-term temporary (initially for 12 months)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Compensation: £12.82 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all production lines operate efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a seamless workflow.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of products by working in various areas of the operation.
- Identify and report any damaged or defective stock.
- Conduct inventory checks and manage stock levels.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues as they arise.
- Perform additional tasks as required, which may include assembly, data entry, and managing deliveries.
