Junior Operations Manager

This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our manufacturing facility. As a Junior Operations Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing automation projects, improving quality and safety processes, and working closely with our experienced Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead automation projects to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement improvements in quality and safety processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager on various operational initiatives, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Support the expansion of our facility, which is set to double in size within the next year, by contributing to the development of new processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, Electronics, or a related engineering field.
  • At least 3 years of experience working as a Manufacturing Engineer, with a strong understanding of project management and LEAN principles.
  • A desire to learn, grow, and progress within a fast-paced engineering environment, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
