**Role Overview**

Our Intern & Placement program is designed to provide hands-on experience and skills development in your chosen field. The program is based on Arcadis' core values, offering a combination of technical training and support to help you grow both personally and professionally.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Junior Consultant with a technical understanding in Arcadis' Investment Advisory team, you will work collaboratively with a diverse team to provide advice to investor clients. You will be involved in projects related to renewable energy, transport infrastructure, and utilities, drawing upon the global expertise of Arcadis to help clients understand their businesses and develop improvement plans.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant subject, such as Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Environmental and Geological Sciences, Geography, or Materials Sciences
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to use technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate Arcadian skills, including Resilience, Creativity, and being a Team Player
  • Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible, we embrace virtual working)
