About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Manager to join our dynamic team at Doufre Construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing flat roofing and facade projects with a proven track record of delivering projects on time within budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage multiple flat roofing and facade projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site teams, ensuring productivity and quality of work.
  • Resolve any on-site issues or challenges that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management, specifically within the flat roofing and facades sector.
  • Black CSCS Card
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate site teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are preferred.
