Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Assistant Manager to join our team at German Doner Kebab in Gravesend, Kent. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and maintain brand standards and policies across the restaurant
- Lead by example and consistently deliver industry-leading guest service
- Manage store operations, including scheduling, employee development, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health and hygiene standards
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Manage controllable costs and maintain profitability
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members
- Maintain a secure, safe, and healthy environment for guests and team members
- Previous experience in a restaurant management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and health and hygiene standards
- Basic math skills and ability to manage cash handling
