Job Title: Project Manager


Job Summary:


JetMS Completions is an Aircraft Interiors company based at Biggin Hill, Kent. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating work to be performed by our busy workshops.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement project plans, including detailed routings, BOMs, and purchase requests.
  • Track progress and control customer interfaces, as necessary.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager and Shop Floor Managers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide weekly reports to management on project progress and OTIF expectations.
  • Identify resources required to successfully deliver projects and ensure their availability.
  • Liaise and expedite sub-contractors and suppliers to meet project deadlines.
  • Prepare management reports and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Support the Engineering Manager and other team members as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
  • Manage project financial and man-hour budgets, including tracking and reporting.


Requirements:


  • A good academic standard of education and previous experience in a similar or related environment.
  • GCSE or equivalent in English, Math, and one related Science.
  • Ideal qualifications include A Level or equivalent and formal Project Management training.
  • Experience in aircraft component repair and component manufacturing workshops.
  • Knowledge of International and National Civil Aviation legislation, EASA, FAA, CAA, part 145, EASA 21 Sub Part G & J.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office packages, with SharePoint experience advantageous.
