We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse and Process Operative to become a vital part of our team. This full-time, permanent role is situated in a fast-paced environment where efficiency and accuracy are paramount.

Role Summary
As a Warehouse and Process Operative, you will engage in a variety of operational tasks within the warehouse. We seek individuals who possess a keen eye for detail and have prior experience in logistics or warehouse operations.

Key Duties

  • Execute diverse filling and blending operations.
  • Receive and unload bulk shipments utilizing semi-automated machinery.
  • Operate production equipment for manufacturing and blending tasks.
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of process machinery.
  • Prepare packaging materials for labelling, filling, and distribution.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across logistics, warehouse, and commercial sectors.
  • Efficiently load and unload delivery vehicles.
  • Organize and manage incoming goods within the warehouse.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Conduct regular stock inventory assessments.
  • Oversee the goods in and goods out operations.
  • Maintain precise stock records.
  • Utilize provided software for label preparation and printing.
  • Follow health and safety protocols diligently.
  • Keep the workspace orderly and clean.
  • Perform additional warehouse and production tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
  • Experience with warehouse or production machinery is advantageous.
  • A forklift license (Counterbalance FLT) is beneficial.
