About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Actemium, a leading engineering projects company. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multi-discipline projects in the whisky and spirits industry, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, including quality and development plans, and Gantt charts.
- Ensure plans are communicated, understood, and agreed upon by all stakeholders.
- Monitor project costs and update corresponding monthly project reviews.
- Ensure project adherence to our ISO 9001 Management Systems.
- Lead teams of internal engineers and subcontracted third parties to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality requirements.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate any project risks.
- Develop excellent customer relationships leading to ongoing works.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive team player who strives to deliver high-quality work at the highest level of customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills, as well as a thirst for knowledge. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project is also essential.
Benefits Package
We offer a competitive salary, 27 days' holiday per year, plus 6 statutory days, rising to 29 days with service. Other benefits include a mobile phone and laptop, health shield, share save scheme, EV car purchase scheme, and company pension scheme.
