About the Role

We are seeking a driven and passionate individual to join our team as a General Manager in Training. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in the success of our Tenpin centres.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role in the hospitality or leisure industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle
