Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at CastleView Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, handling a wide range of products, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Handling: Safely receive, sort, stage, and restock products in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately track and manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are stored and retrieved efficiently.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the movement of products, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Shift Options:

  • Night Shift: Enjoy a night shift bus service, with departures from Hull Truck Theatre/Holiday Inn Express at 11:15 PM and arrivals at Amazon Hull at 11:30 PM.
  • Hybrid Shifts: Work a mix of day and night shifts, with options for 4 days per week, including days (6:00 AM - 12:30 PM) and nights (10:15 PM - 6:00 AM).

Compensation:

Enjoy a competitive hourly rate, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses. Daytime shifts pay £12.30 per hour, while nighttime shifts pay £14.27 per hour, with an additional £1.97 night shift allowance. Overtime hours pay £18.45 and £24.60, respectively.
