About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered General Nurse to join our District Nursing Service as a Community Health Nurse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing complex care to adults in their own homes and various community settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with GP services and Integrated Neighbourhood Teams to ensure effective patient care coordination.
  • Develop and maintain clinical skills, with access to a range of training opportunities for personal and professional growth.
  • Lead and work collaboratively within a team, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to professional standards and guidelines.

Requirements
  • Full driving license and car ownership.
  • NMC registration as an adult nurse.
  • First-level registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to supervise and support junior staff.
  • Evidence of teaching and assessing skills, as well as awareness of clinical audit.
