As a Principal Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and upkeep of our software applications, ensuring they are architected effectively and adhere to industry standards.

In collaboration with the Principal Engineering Lead, you will navigate teams through technical challenges, address security issues, uphold coding standards, and champion best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of technical governance.
- Establish and uphold development standards and best practices.
- Oversee project estimates and ensure uniformity across teams.
- Identify technical debt and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize resolutions.
- Work alongside Solution Architecture to influence and execute design strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in developing software solutions.
- In-depth understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Practical experience with diverse web technologies.
- Expertise in SQL, including database architecture.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Public Cloud services, particularly Azure.
