Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

As an Agricultural Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will be integral to our Agricultural Service Department, focusing on the upkeep and repair of agricultural machinery. This role will involve traveling to various locations to provide on-site support to our clients.

Essential Qualities

  • Demonstrate professionalism and represent Ripon Farm Services with enthusiasm and integrity.
  • Utilize your expertise to guide customers on best practices for optimizing their machinery and services.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs both in the field and at our workshop as necessary.
  • Ensure timely completion of all documentation and administrative tasks related to your assignments.
  • Familiarize yourself with the customer care processes of manufacturers.
  • Complete required training to enhance your product knowledge and maintain your skill set.
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations, as well as Company Policies and Procedures, to safeguard staff, customers, and visitors.
  • Assist with the pre-delivery setup of new or used equipment and collaborate with service specialists as needed.
  • A valid driving license is essential, as you will be operating company vehicles and agricultural machinery.
  • While prior knowledge of agricultural equipment is advantageous, comprehensive training will be provided.

Work Schedule

This position typically operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with opportunities for flexible overtime based on business needs, which may include evenings and weekends during peak seasons.
