Industrial Boiler Maintenance Technician

Are you a skilled electromechanical technician looking for a challenging role in industrial maintenance? We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Fitter to join our client's Industrial customers team within the Energy & Utility Services part of the business.
About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading company in environmental solutions, offering services and expertise in waste, water, and energy management. As a Maintenance Fitter, you will be responsible for carrying out routine and statutory planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive, and breakdown works to all mechanical and electrical systems across various industrial sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out routine and statutory planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works to all mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ensure that steam and hot water boilers are maintained as per OEM specifications.
- Maintenance and publication of plant quality records and reports.
- Carry out daily routine steam boiler operational tasks that comply with legislation and company policies.
- Compliance with the Company's Health and Safety, quality, and environmental policies.
- Participate in an on-call rota, providing out-of-hours cover, along with weekend working.
- Strong electromechanical experience with a formally recognized Mechanical or Electrical trade qualification.
- Full UK driving license.
- Extensive experience of working with industrial steam boilers.
- Medium risk confined space.
- Health and Safety qualifications and awareness, risk assessment, method statement training, competence in issuing and use of all company Permit to Work systems.
