We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Insolvency Case Manager / Senior Insolvency Administrator to join our team at GGT Insolvency Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a caseload of corporate insolvency cases from generation to closure
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, creditors, directors, employees, and stakeholders
  • Prepare and review all relevant documentation
  • Liaise with external agencies and solicitors
  • Conduct investigations and asset realisations duties
  • Monitor case diaries and complete statutory work in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years experience of managing corporate insolvency cases
  • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant restructuring case law and legislation
  • Experience of producing reports for banks and creditors relating to insolvency cases
  • Good technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • IPS experience is desirable but not essential
  • CPI is desirable but not essential

About the Role:

This is a full-time permanent contract with the opportunity for hybrid working. Our client is an award-winning firm with offices throughout the East and West Midlands.
