Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Profiles Personnel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct thorough inspections and fault-finding to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure production requirements are met and deadlines are achieved.
- Assist in the design and fabrication of jigs and fixtures to improve production efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
Requirements:
- City and Guilds electrical installation qualification.
- NVQ Electrical Installation qualification.
- Knowledge of 17th Edition wiring regulations.
- Experience with ProtoTRAK CNC mill controls or similar and GE Fanuc series Oi CNC Lathe controls or similar.
- Knowledge of PLC programming.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent written and verbal English.
- Good analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
