Job Description: Support Professional

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Support Professionals to join our team in Nottingham. You will play a vital role in assisting individuals with Acquired Brain Injury, Mental Health issues, and Learning Disabilities.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and assist with managing correspondence.
  • Implement cognitive and behavioral support strategies to promote well-being and independence.
  • Administer medication as prescribed and maintain accurate records.
  • Facilitate access to meaningful activities within the community and home environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A genuine passion for supporting individuals with diverse needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to providing compassionate care.
  • Experience working with clients who have Acquired Brain Injury and Complex Behaviours is desirable but not essential.
