Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Maintenance Person to join our team at CRC Recruitment Ltd.

This is a part-time role, working 20 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of £12.50.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining three sites across Daventry, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keeping yards clean, including de-icing in winter and performing light groundwork such as removing weeds
  • Assisting with property maintenance tasks, including painting and decorating, basic plumbing, and other related duties
  • Providing a high level of customer service and ensuring a positive experience for clients

Requirements:

  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
  • Experience in property maintenance and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
