Role Overview:
As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be pivotal in overseeing and executing medium to large-scale construction projects. Your expertise will ensure that all aspects of the project align with client expectations and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management and delivery of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Review and analyze contracts to fully comprehend the scope of work and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to guarantee project completion within specified parameters, creating installation schedules that align with fabrication and installation needs.
  • Maintain a current understanding of project status, providing weekly updates to the Installation Manager.
  • Prioritize health and safety, supporting the Health and Safety Manager in developing project-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
  • Ensure that all installations meet product and supplier guidelines, delivering the highest quality standards.
  • Implement the Quality Inspection Test Plan (QITP) process, ensuring all documentation is completed and approved.
  • Identify and document any variations to contracts, coordinating with the sales and estimating teams.
  • Assist in preparing monthly applications and invoices in accordance with completed work.
  • Negotiate subcontractor costs, managing purchase orders and monthly valuations.
  • Participate in client meetings to address site-related issues and contractual matters.
  • Engage in weekly meetings and daily huddles as part of the installation team.
