**Job Title:** Field Service Engineer

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Shape Technologies Group UK Ltd. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting and repairing waterjet cutting systems, and performing installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone and on-site visits
  • Troubleshoot and repair waterjet cutting systems and components
  • Perform installations of FLOW waterjet cutting systems independently
  • Give customer start-up training and provide safety training for CE-compliance
  • Provide technical information to customers during installation, training, and service visits
  • Work with the Technical Service Coordinator to manage customer issues and time management
  • Maintain and clean tools and equipment

Requirements:

  • Mechanical and electrical engineer (both), mechatronics engineer, technician, electrician, or other qualified job related to manufacturing and technical services within the machine tool industry
  • 4-5 years of work experience with CNC machine tool installation, commissioning, and training in the area of motion control systems
  • CAD/CAM experience (use and training)
  • Intensive CNC Machine Tool knowledge in mechanical, electrical, software, and hydraulic diagnostics
  • Professional usage of modern diagnostic tools and good organizational skills
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Customer-oriented, positive attitude, and independent
  • Flexible in location of work and willing to travel
  • Valid driver's license (maximum 6 points)
  • Full Passport & documentation to support permanent UK residence and employment
