Accounting Practice Opportunity

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Accountant to join our team at Exact Sourcing Ltd. As a Practice Accountant, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SME clients, preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, and providing general accounting support.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage a portfolio of SME clients from various sectors, providing proactive accounting support and guidance
* Prepare and review statutory accounts, corporation tax returns, personal tax returns, VAT returns, management accounts, and ad-hoc reporting as required
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions
* Supervise and mentor the support team, ensuring high-quality work and efficient delivery
* Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual client and statutory deadlines

**Requirements**

* Proven experience working as a Practice Accountant or in a similar role
* Excellent working knowledge of IRIS suite and Xero/Xero
* Strong Excel and word skills
* Self-starter, highly motivated, and driven to succeed with an eye for detail and deadlines
* Experience in agriculture and equine accounting is an advantage
