Job Title: Brand and Campaign Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand and Campaign Manager to join our team at Mytime Active. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing powerful local and national campaigns to increase customer awareness, brand equity, and overall return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction for all brand creative, design, and content.
  • Deliver tactical and brand campaigns across the full marketing mix to support overall business KPIs.
  • Own and deliver our rolling calendar of tactical campaign activity aimed at maximising business KPIs.
  • Shape and deliver the brand strategy via engaging and relevant communications.
  • Day-to-day management of campaigns, from concept to deployment, through to analytics and return on investment.
  • Raise our profile with existing customers and target customers, using existing segmentation models. Build brand equity and emotional connection with customers through each touchpoint.
  • Ensure brand consistency is delivered across all marketing output (local and national) acting as a guardian for the brand guidelines.
  • Align and prioritise activity, spend, and resource with revenue opportunities and company business plans.
Requirements:
  • At least 3+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Solid understanding of the full marketing mix, including online, offline, and media planning.
  • Great understanding of lead generation, SEO, PPC, and CRM platform management.
