About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Coordinator to join our Supply Planning department at Liberty Wines. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of inbound logistics and ensuring efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Liberty Wines' inbound logistics, including ex-cellars transactions and supplier relationships.
  • Establish effective communication channels with suppliers and transporters to ensure seamless delivery of goods.
  • Process ex-cellar invoices and handle electronic data interchange (EDI) procedures to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Monitor outstanding orders and ensure accurate status updates and delivery dates to meet customer expectations.
  • Verify supplier and transporter invoices and proforma to prevent discrepancies.
  • Manage purchase order deliveries and maintain records of goods received.
  • Liaise with bonded and duty-paid warehouses and transporters to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Monitor transporters' KPIs and rates to optimize delivery costs.
  • Provide assistance to supply planners as required to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Manage customers' public bond inbound orders to meet their specific needs.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with excellent attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a process-driven mindset. You should be numerate and computer literate, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas). Additionally, you should be able to build strong relationships with key accounts, colleagues, and external suppliers.
