Exciting Opportunity for a Youth Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Youth Worker to join our team at a Pupil Referral Unit in Eccles. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals to begin their career in youth work, supporting Key Stage 3 and 4 students across all subject areas.

The successful candidate will work closely with our committed faculty to promote a positive and diverse learning environment, supporting individual EHCPs and providing a progress-driven curriculum. This role involves one-to-one, targeted interventions during lessons and break times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with SEN in a dynamic and inclusive environment
  • Work collaboratively with the faculty to promote the unit's values and ethos
  • Deliver targeted interventions to support student progress
  • Contribute to the development of a progress-driven curriculum
