The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, performing stationary repetitive tasks, and use a system to process returns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing customer returns
  • Unpacking and verifying returned items
  • Inspecting returned items for any damage, wear and tear, or deviations from their original condition
  • Determining whether items can be resold in their current condition, need refurbishment, or must be marked as damaged goods
  • Working quickly and efficiently while ensuring accuracy and quality control
