About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing market share for our hotels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Reactive Sales teams to develop and represent the hotels' brand positioning and profile
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent sales, customer care, account management, and negotiation skills
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills
  • Motivation, enthusiasm, and ability to work as part of a high-performing team
  • Drive and determination to achieve results and openness to new ideas
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and engage effectively at all levels
  • A willingness to travel throughout the UK (presenting to prospective partner organizations, meeting and entertaining clients, attending trade fairs/shows when required)
  • Knowledge of PMS and CRM systems preferred
  • Report writing skills and ability to use Word, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint for presentations
  • The ability to remain focused at all times, prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Good written and verbal English
  • Able to travel on business as required (including overnight stays if necessary) and have their own reliable transport
