About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of high volumes of parcels safely and efficiently, while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive responsibly and within the law at all times, adhering to speed limits and road safety guidelines
  • Conduct regular vehicle checks to ensure it is in a roadworthy condition
  • Load the vehicle safely and securely, with due regard for parcel care
  • Record daily driving duties, hours worked, mileage, and fuel consumption
  • Demonstrate safe and fuel-efficient driving practices, with a good working knowledge of the Highway Code
  • Follow pre-planned routes and ensure the vehicle is parked legally and securely
  • Account for and scan all goods as required

Requirements:
  • Must have held a UK or EU Driving Licence for at least 1 year
  • Less than 6 points required on license
  • DBS check will be completed
  • Drug & Alcohol test will be completed on induction day
  • Previous Delivery driver experience, preferably with companies such as Amazon, DPD, Evri, or Tesco
