About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Operose Health. As a Prescribing Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prescribing and managing medications for patients
- Providing online and telephone clinical triage services
- Managing minor illnesses and long-term conditions
- Delivering safe and effective clinical decisions
- Working collaboratively with a multi-professional team
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in pharmacy
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
- Independent prescribing qualification
- Ability to apply effective clinical judgment
- Previous general practice experience is desirable
