Senior Early Years Practitioner - Infant Room (Full-Time)

Role Responsibilities:

As a Senior Early Years Practitioner in the Infant Room, you will be instrumental in fostering a secure, engaging, and nurturing atmosphere for our youngest learners. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing a warm and loving environment tailored to the unique needs of each infant.
  • Delivering attentive care and support, encompassing feeding, nappy changing, and sleep management.
  • Designing and implementing stimulating activities that encourage holistic development across physical, cognitive, social, and emotional domains.
  • Monitoring and documenting infants' developmental milestones and progress accurately.
  • Building strong partnerships with parents and caregivers, providing updates on their child's growth.
  • Collaborating effectively with fellow educators to ensure seamless operations within the room.

Qualifications:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or a related discipline.
