Credit Controller Role

Inspire Resourcing Ltd is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team based in Chesterfield.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a diverse portfolio of Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely collection of debts and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Collaborate with Sales teams to resolve queries and improve collections performance through regular review calls.
  3. Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to discuss account status and actions.
  4. Reconcile accounts and provide reports to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
  5. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and support change management initiatives within the Credit Team.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in credit control or a related field.
  2. Strong understanding of finance methodologies and account reconciliation.
  3. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £25k - £26k DOE
