Main Responsibilities:- Manage a diverse portfolio of Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely collection of debts and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to resolve queries and improve collections performance through regular review calls.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to discuss account status and actions.
- Reconcile accounts and provide reports to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and support change management initiatives within the Credit Team.
- Previous experience in credit control or a related field.
- Strong understanding of finance methodologies and account reconciliation.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: £25k - £26k DOE
