Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team in Salford & Northwest. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of projects across different sectors, including Leisure, Defence, Education, Healthcare, and Commercial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors
  • Work alongside the project delivery team to ensure the best possible outcome
  • Manage junior Surveyors and provide guidance on commercial aspects of projects
  • Experience of different contract forms and managing subcontract accounts
  • Establish, manage, and lead a large project team
Requirements:
  • Main contractor experience as the SQS with a regional/national contractor
  • Experience on projects ranging between £10m to £50m
  • Experience in establishing, managing, and leading a large project team
