About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team at 1st Choice Staff Recruitment. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Provide timely and effective support to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Technical Support: Collaborate with our team of veterinarians to address technical and quality-related inquiries, ensuring accurate and informed responses to customer queries.
  • Order Management: Work closely with external suppliers, wholesalers, and distributors to manage the direct supply of products, executing timely and accurate administration tasks.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries related to product supply, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
Requirements
  • A qualified RVN (Registered Veterinary Nurse) or MRCVS (Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons) is essential.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Veterinary technical support is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
