Maintenance Engineer

We are partnering with a leading international pharmaceutical and medical device business to support the hire of a Maintenance Engineer for their UK facilities.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small team as an equipment operator and engineer, maintaining and operating high-tech pharmaceutical manufacturing systems to support the production of advanced pharmaceutical products.
The plant operates on a 24-7 production routine, requiring a weekly rotating shift pattern to ensure adequate support. While full training will be provided, candidates should have experience in a manufacturing setting and an engineering background.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and operating high-tech equipment
- Supporting the production of advanced pharmaceutical products
- Working a weekly rotating shift pattern, including night shifts and occasional Saturdays
Candidates should have experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a manufacturing-focused business, with both electrical and mechanical backgrounds considered. Access to own transport is necessary due to the location of the facility and shift work.
