Claims Handler

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Handler to join our team at Everpool Recruitment. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing claims from various areas, including motor, property, and liability, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage claims from inception to closure, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
• Update and maintain accurate records and databases.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex claims.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in handling motor, property, and liability insurance claims.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
