Job Title: Enhanced Service Desk Agent

Lexmark is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Enhanced Service Desk Agent to join our team. As an Enhanced Service Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in a technical support role
  • Knowledge of printer hardware and software
