Position Overview

The Danny Sullivan Group Ltd is seeking a dedicated Sub Agent to oversee a significant construction project. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in site management, ensuring that project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement engineering controls with precision.
  • Uphold and promote standards of Health and Safety, quality assurance, environmental considerations, and budget management.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop method statements to ensure safe working conditions.
  • Ensure adherence to contract specifications and drawings.
  • Oversee site operations to achieve project milestones within budgetary and time constraints.
  • Utilize resources effectively to fulfill project requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A relevant Bachelor's degree or HNC equivalent is required.
  • Possession of a CSCS card is essential.
  • Experience in direct reporting is advantageous.
  • Background in Rail and General Civil Engineering is preferred.
