Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to the Artist's creative team, developing a deep understanding of projects to act on their behalf when necessary.

• Foster a productive environment by effectively managing resources, coordinating with collaborators, and ensuring all necessary tools and environments are available.

• Allocate dedicated time in the Artist's schedule to prioritize well-being and creativity.

• Handle day-to-day communications with the Artist's team and collaborators, ensuring seamless coordination across projects.

• Coordinate logistics for the Artist's home and studio, arranging travel, accommodation, and personal appointments.

• Maintain the Artist's privacy by adopting a mindful approach to paparazzi and security needs related to logistics.

• Provide critical support during tour periods, assisting with travel, logistics, dressing room, and backstage arrangements.

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
