Quality Assurance Lead | Permanent | Hybrid | Competitive Salary

Practicus, a dynamic player in the biotech sector, is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to enhance our team as we navigate ongoing expansion. This pivotal role will involve being a senior figure within the QA department, ensuring that GxP Service Providers are effectively managed to meet performance standards and align with organizational objectives, all through a risk-based approach.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who will take charge of external audits and assessment timelines, engage in process enhancement initiatives, and collaborate with key stakeholders to implement risk-based strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance of the approved service provider roster.
  • Proactively identify potential risks, emphasizing root cause analysis and preventive measures.
  • Manage third-party auditors, including the preparation of documentation and overseeing all communications with these entities.
  • Conduct GxP audits across various domains such as GMP, GCP, and GLP.

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a QA auditor in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or related sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of GxP is essential.
  • IRCA or equivalent auditing certification is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
