Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Blue Arrow is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our team in Bracknell. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including inventory control, goods receiving, and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the team lead and other team members in all day-to-day activities.
  • Inventory control and cycle counting.
  • Goods receiving and processing.
  • Order picking and packing for outbound.
  • Meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Previous experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP/JDA.
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
