Your Responsibilities/Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Lead Electrical Systems Engineer position should hold a Master's or Honours Degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience and showcase a comprehensive project portfolio.

The successful applicant will demonstrate expertise in performing calculations using software tools such as Hevacomp, Dialux (or similar), and have the ability to independently create electrical designs.

Essential skills include conducting surveys, preparing reports/specifications, and having experience in client-facing roles.

Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders, effective time-management capabilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and the ability to mentor and oversee junior staff and CAD teams are crucial for this position.
