Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Bodyshop Administrator to join our team at Listers. This position is vital for maintaining the efficiency of our Bodyshop operations.

This role is initially offered on a temporary basis, with the potential for a longer-term opportunity within our organization.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling 40 hours per week. The compensation for this role is set at an hourly rate of £11.50, along with a monthly performance bonus of up to £300.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support general Bodyshop administration to ensure compliance with audit standards.
  • Communicate with clients to schedule appointments and manage repair timelines.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to all customer inquiries, both internal and external.
  • Handle paperwork efficiently and accurately.
  • Organize the disposal of damaged components according to established timelines and maintain accurate disposal records.
  • Prepare job cards and manage parts orders, along with various other administrative tasks.
  • Assist in the parts department, including ordering, booking, and securely storing parts awaiting installation.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Trainee Bodyshop Administrator or as an Experienced Bodyshop Administrator. A solid understanding of accounts or strong numerical and administrative capabilities is essential.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel, and an educational background of A Level or equivalent.

Exceptional telephone communication skills and a valid UK driving license are required.
