About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance and Lead Analyst to join our Planning and Analytics team at King's College London. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our online programmes by providing insightful data analysis and strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality reports and analyses to inform business decisions and drive improvements
  • Oversee the Data Analyst and contribute to the development of the King's Digital Data Strategy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and ensure seamless operation of our digital services
  • Liaise with multiple University faculties and work closely with the Students and Education Directorate (SED) Data Governance & Security team
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to use business intelligence/analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, SSRS, R, DAX, Python, M, Excel, VBA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage own workload and work with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance principles
  • Data Analytics or Business Analytics certification (e.g. Microsoft Power Platform PL-300 or PL-900)
  • Understanding of Freedom of Information and data protection legislation
