Pharmacy Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Morrisons Pharmacy in Belper. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing pharmacy team, ensuring excellent patient care and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage the Pharmacy Team: You will be responsible for managing and developing a team of pharmacists and support staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to provide excellent patient care.
- Develop and Implement Pharmacy Services: You will be responsible for developing and implementing pharmacy services that meet the needs of our customers, including medicines management, health checks, and health promotion.
- Manage Pharmacy Operations: You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including stock management, ordering, and inventory control.
- Ensure Compliance: You will be responsible for ensuring that the pharmacy operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Pharmacy Degree: You must hold a degree in pharmacy from a recognized institution.
- General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) Membership: You must be a member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: You must have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
