About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead Aylesbury. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
  • Administering medication and ensuring clients take their medication as prescribed
  • Assisting with home help tasks and preparing meals
  • Being a friendly companion and providing emotional support to our clients
  • Assisting clients with appointments and ensuring they can remain independent in their own homes

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have at least one year of care experience in a domiciliary field, care home, or hospital setting. You will also need to be in the UK and on Sponsorship, have a driver's license, and access to your own vehicle. We are looking for someone who is results-driven, adaptable, and has good people skills.
