Presentation and Document Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Presentation Specialist to join our team at Jefferies. As a key member of our presentations team, you will be responsible for creating high-end corporate presentation materials, working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and design engaging presentation materials, including PowerPoint presentations and Word documents, that meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, ensuring that all materials are tailored to their needs.
- Work closely with the presentations team to ensure seamless execution and delivery of all output.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring that all communication is professional, accurate, and timely.
- Proactively manage deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Proficiency in Acrobat, including adding and amending watermarks, headers, and footers, security, scanning, and redaction.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, or a strong willingness to self-teach.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Critical eye for accuracy, with excellent proofing skills.
- Flexible approach to working, with a willingness to work extra hours to support the team during busy periods.
- 'Can-do' attitude, with a readiness to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
