* Providing analysis and mitigation actions for risks and issues, and presenting solutions to the Head of Service.

* Undertaking Safeguarding enquiries and ensuring the safe allocation of Safeguarding work, including ensuring team members are competent and confident to work with complexity and risk.

* Establishing an effective supervision structure that delivers high-quality reflective supervision and bi-annual performance appraisals.

* Ensuring effective prioritization processes are in place to minimize and mitigate risks during high-demand periods.

* Modeling practice and behaviors in line with corporate policies and codes of practice.

* Investigating and responding to Stage 1 complaints in accordance with current policy, sharing learning with the Head of Service to inform continuous improvement plans.
