About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Energy Sector. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-impact projects from inception to successful delivery within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects ranging from £50K to £600K, ensuring they meet stringent timescales, specifications, and budgets.
  • Lead a talented team of engineers, managing financials, subcontractors, and client interactions.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets using Microsoft Project.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver projects that exceed their expectations.
Requirements
  • Proven project management experience within the engineering industry, ideally in Power Transmission or a similarly regulated field.
  • Strong skills in planning and scheduling with Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent communication and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify and resolve risks early.
  • A history of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Experience in managing subcontractors and leading teams.
  • A valid driving license and a willingness to travel, including stays at customer sites.
